If you have problems logging in to My Alutiiq, check the following:
Are you using your Employee Number and your My Alutiiq password? This password is different from your Timesheet password. You would have set this when you first accessed My Alutiiq during onboarding.
Have you forgotten your password? If you have forgotten your My Alutiiq password, use the Forgot Password page to begin a password reset process.
Do you need technical support? If you are using the correct password or if the password reset process does not resolve your access problem, submit a ticket for support firstname.lastname@example.org.
Include your name and Employee ID in the email
Explain what steps you have taken and if you have any error messages on the screen, please include the text from the message
For the future, we recommend employees with Gmail, Amazon, or Microsoft accounts take advantage of the Single Sign On options available. SSO is set up when you are logged into My Alutiiq, and the convenience is having one less password to remember.
